Urgent Appeal for Esther Wanja and Her Children
I am seeking urgent support for Esther Wanja Mwangi and her six children. Esther, a single mother, has been suffering from a fistula for over three years and cannot afford treatment. Unable to work, she and her children have been living in an abandoned house in a nearby village, relying on food from garbage and the kindness of neighbors.
I interviewed the children to learn more about their situation:
- Tabitha (10) and John Kariuki (10), twins, are responsible older siblings who care for the younger ones.
- Peter (8) and John (6) help find food for the family.
- Monicah (3) is a sweet toddler, and Julius (7 months) depends on his family.
Esther also has three other children who are living on the streets and not attending school. This is a dire situation that requires immediate intervention.
We urgently need 6 sponsorships for these children, at $100 per child per month, which will cover food, shelter, and education.
Additionally, Esther needs fistula surgery, which costs $1,500, along with care for her mental health.
Please consider sponsoring one or more of these children or supporting Estherโs medical needs. Donations can be made through our PayPal account:

Your help can bring hope and a future to this family in desperate need.
God bless you.
